In smoke form, the Zeitgeist can move into an opponent's square without provoking an attack of opportunity. Creatures within the smoke are blinded by the opaque cloud, Living creatures who are exposed to the noxious smoke take 1d4 damage and must succeed at a DC 27 Fortitude save or begin to suffocate. Those that succeed on this save are instead sickened for as long as they remain in the cloud and 1d4 rounds after.
Creatures who remain in the Zeitgeist's space must save against this effect at the start of their turn.
### Heart of the City (Ex)
When in a physical form, the zeitgeist gains a bonus to natural armor equal to its Constitution modifier.
