### Armor Damage (Ex)
A kiri no oni's claws can catch and tear an opponent's armor. Whenever a kiri no oni hits with a claw attack, it can make a sunder attempt against that creature's shield or armor as a free action without provoking an attack of opportunity.
### Plane Shift (Su)
This ability affects only the kiri no oni. It is otherwise similar to the spell of the same name.
### Poison (Ex)
Bite—Injury; save Fort DC 24; frequency 1/round for 6 rounds; effect 1d3 Constitution damage; cure 2 consecutive saves. The DC save is Constitution-based.
### Protective Aura (Su)
A magic circle against chaos, evil, good, or law effect always surrounds a kiri no oni, identical with the spell cast by a 12th-level sorcerer. The kiri no oni usually chooses magic circle against chaos but can change the aura each round as a free action. The aura can be dispelled, but the kiri no oni can create it again during its next turn as a free action. (The defensive benefits from the aura are not included in the creature's statistics).
