A mivilorn can scoop up a single Large creature, or two Medium creatures, or four Small or smaller size in the same attack if they are adjacent. The milvorn makes one attack, and check that against the armor class of any creatures in the area, creatures who are hit take bite damage and are grabed. Creatures successfully grabbed can be swallowed immediately, as if the mivilorn had the fast swallow ability.
