#### special abilities
### Blades of Light (Su)
A leShay can manifest blades of brilliant white energy from its own life essence. These weapons have the brilliant energy property, and a +1 enhancement bonus per 5 hit die of the leShay. This weapon can take any form that the leShay chooses, but is most often a pair of elven curve blades. Any one-handed weapons the leShay manifest are treated as light weapons.
Blades of Light disappear if the leShay drops them, or is disarmed, but can be manifested at any time as a free action.
### Charming Gaze (Su)
As _charm monster_, 30 feet. Will DC 53 negates. The save DC is Charisma based.
### Combat Mastery (Ex)
LeShay have lifetimes of experience to draw from, and on the rare occasion they are met with a novel challenge, they adapt quickly. As a swift action, they can substitute a number of combat feats equal to their intelligence modifier for any combat feats they possess. The leShay must qualify for feats they select, but can use previous selections to qualify. For example, a leShay could select both [[Improved Disarm]] and [[Greater Disarm]] in place of [[Quick Draw]] and [[Greater Weapon Focus]], but not in place of [[Combat Expertise]] and [[Greater Weapon Focus]], since [[Combat Expertise]] is a prerequisite of [[Improved Disarm]].
### Grace (Su)
A leShay adds their Charisma modifier as a deflection bonus to their Armor Class.
### Immortal Insight (Ex)
A leShay adds their intelligence modifier as an insight bonus to their Armor Class.
### Superior Two-Weapon Fighting (Ex)
A leShay's weapons are perfect extension of their will. They take no penalties for attacking with two weapons.
#### ecology
**Terrain:** Any
**Organization:** Solitary
**Treasure:** Standard
**Advancement** By character class
As elves are to humans, so are leShay to the elves: a race immortal, enigmatic, and exceptionally powerful.
LeShay look like tall, thin, albino elves, except that their ears are smaller and more subtly pointed, similar to half-elves. While they have the glossy dead-white hair of true albinos, their eyes are pits of darkness. Some affect a particular color or style, while others change their outfits from moment to moment. All are deeply concerned with etiquette, deco-rum, and receiving the respect they feel due; failure to meet their standards of politeness, or simply crossing one of their whims, can often be fatal.
LeShay never die from age or disease; they perish only if killed. LeShay are the mere remnant of a once-great race whose origins are lost to history. They claim to predate the current multiverse and refer darkly to some catastrophe that not only wiped out most of their people but changed time so that their era never existed, even in the remotest past. Attempting to undo the catastrophe would apparently result in another disaster even more terrible, so the decimated survivors—less than gods but more than mortals—for the most part merely attempt to amuse them selves and stave off ennui as they work out their individual destinies.
LeShay have great facility at languages and can speak any language within seconds of hearing it spoken for the first time, right down to the most formal and precise pronunciation.
### Combat
LeShay rarely initiate combat, preferring to charm potential combatants or their vast knowledge and personability to address conflicts. However, their vast experience makes them shrewd judges of others’ capabilities and skilled tacticians. They will use their combat mastery and spell-like abilities to adapt themselves to the situation, and proceed to focus on the most dangerous (or most aggressive) enemies to bring the battle to the swiftest end.
No leShay hesitates to run away from a fight that is going against them, as they can return to the fray when the odds are more favorable, possibly years or even decades later.
