The save DC is Constitution-based. ### Fiery Poison (Ex) Bite—Injury; save Fort DC 23; frequency 1/round for 6 rounds; effect 1d2 Strength damage and 1d8 fire damage; cure 2 consecutive saves. The DC save is Constitution-based. ### Fire Aura (Ex) Merely being in the presence of a greater flame snake is damaging. In clutchesof mixed snakes (which usually consist of 4–8 minor, 3–5lesser, and 1–2 greater snakes), they are totally subservientto their more powerful cousins.Minor flame snakes are typically 4 feet long and about 2inches in diameter. They seem to glow with heat, and fromcertain angles, heat waves appear to radiate off them.Minor flame snakes enjoy collecting shiny objects, particu-larly ones made of gold. Unfortunately for the small serpents,they rarely get to keep such trinkets, for their biggerbrethren like them as well. Even when a minor flame snakeon its own accumulates some sort of hoard, it often forgetswhere it left its treasure, so small caches of coins or smallgolden objects are often scattered about its territory.
