This light can be channeled into one of two uses: A cone of bright light up to 60 feet long per age category, which lasts 3 rounds. A consentrated beam of light that can be focused on a single target. A targeted create must make a Reflex save DC 99 or be blinded for 1d4+1 rounds. The save DC is Dexterity based. In order to use this ability, there must be a propoderance of at least dim light— such as a clear, stary night. A torch or light spell is insufficient. ### Protected Sight (Ex) A mercury dragon is immune to any effect that would blind or dazzle it. It also gains +3 racial bonus on saving throws against any light or pattern effect.
