It can destroy unattended, non-magical objects of crystal, glass, ceramic or porcellin weighing up to 15 pounds in a 5-foot radius burst, a single such object of 150 pounds, or deal 10d6 points of sonic damage to a crystalline creature (Fortitude save DC 15 for half). Crystalline cats are immune to this ability. ### Discordant Harmonics (Su) A crystalline cat can use its harmonics to create a countersong, as the bard's bardic performance class feature. Activating or maintaing this ability is a standard action. Second, a crystal cat can create an effect similar to the shatter spell, with a range of 60 feet. ### Implant (Ex) Creatures damaged by a crystalline cat's claw attack must succeed at a DC 14 Fortitude save or be implanted with a crystal prism. The prism inucbates for 24 hours, at which point the affected creature becomes exhausted and takes 1d10 points of damage. Each day the prism remains imbedded, it exhausts the host, and the damage increases by 1d10 (to a maximum of 30d10 after 30 days). An imbedded prism can be removed with a remove disease spell, or a DC 20 heal check. If the check fails, the healer can try again, but each attempt (successful or not) deals 1d4 points of damage to the patient. ### Persistant Wounds (Ex) The damage a crystalline cat deals doesn't heal naturally. Healing spells can restore lost hit points only if the caster succeeds on a DC 15 caster level check.
