The cloud acts as obscuring mist, except that it is also an inhaled poison whose effects are based on the Spirit Centepede's current form: Centepede Form (Ex) Inhaled; save Fort DC 13; frequency 1/minute for 2 minutes; initial effect paralysis for 1 minute; secondary effect paralysis for 2d6 rounds; cure 1 save Scorpion Form (Ex) Inhaled; save Fort DC 13; frequency 1/minute for 2 minutes; initial effect burred vision for 1 minute (all creatures gain concealment, -5 on Perception checks; secondary effect blurred vision for 2d6 rounds; cure 1 save Snake Form (Ex) Inhaled; save Fort DC 13; frequency 1/round for 6 rounds; effect 1d2 Con; cure 2 consecutive saves; Spider Form (Ex) Inhaled; save Fort DC 13; frequency 1/round for 6 rounds; effect 1d2 Dex; cure 2 consecutive saves; Toad Form (Ex) Inhaled; save Fort DC 13; frequency 1/round for 6 rounds; initial effect drowsy for 1 minutes (—5 on Perception checks; -2 on Will saves vs. sleep effects), secondary effect unconciousness for 1d3 hours; cure 1 save.
