## Violate Spell-Like Ability (Monster, Vile)
*The creature's spell-like abilities are particularly tainted with evil.*
**Prerequisite:** Any evil alignment, Spell-like ability at caster level 4th or higher.
**Benefit**: Choose one of the creature’s spell-like abilities, subject to the restrictions below. The creature can use that ability as an violated spell-like ability three times per day (or less, if the ability is normally usable only once or twice per day).
When a creature uses an violated spell-like ability, it gains the evil descriptor. Furthermore, if the spell deals damage, half of the damage dealt is vile damage. This does not otherwise change the damage type, energy resistance and immunity apply normally. Thus, a creature immune to fire damage would take no damage from a violated _fireball_, while a creature with energy resistance (fire) 10 would take 10 less damage from a violated _fireball_, with half of whatever damage taken being vile damage.
The creature can only select a spell-like ability duplicating a spell with a level less than or equal to 1/2 its caster level (round down) – 2. For a summary, see the following table:

**Special**: This feat can be taken multiple times. Each time it is taken, the creature can apply it to a different spell-like ability.
