## Violate Spell (Metamagic)
The character can transform one of his spells into an evil spell, and the wounds the spell inflicts are tainted with the foulest evil.
**Prerequisite:** Any evil alignment
**Benefit:** This feat adds the evil descriptor to a spell. Furthermore, if the spell deals damage, half of the damage dealt is vile damage. This does not otherwise change the damage type, energy resistance and immunity apply normally. Thus, a creature immune to fire damage would take no damage from a violated _fireball_, while a creature with energy resistance (fire) 10 would take 10 less damage from a violated _fireball_, with half of whatever damage taken being vile damage.
A violated spell uses up a spell slot one level higher than the spell's actual level.
