You can alter a stygian power that inflicts negative levels or deals negative any damage. Any living creature that takes damage or gains a negative level from a stygian power also must make a Will save (DC as appropriate for the power) or become shaken for 1 round per power level. This is a mind-affecting fear effect. Using this feat increases the power point cost of the power by 2. The powers total cost cannot exceed your manifester level.
