## Heroic Manifestation (Psionic, Hero Point) *You can occasionally manifest a psionic power with less effort.* **Benefit:** When you manifest a power, you can spend a hero point to bolster a psionic power. The power point cost of that power is reduced by 1d6 power points (to a minimum cost of 1 power point), and you gain a bonus to attack rolls and the save DC equal to that same 1d6 result. The cost of the power before the reduction cannot exceed your manifester level.
