If you take the [[Improved Critical]], [[Weapon Focus]], [[Weapon Specialization]], [[Greater Weapon Focus]], or [[Greater Weapon Specialization]] feats, those feats apply to any weapon with which you have familiarity, in addition to whatever weapon group you choose when taking those feats. Additionally, when you spend a hero point to influence an attack roll made with a weapon with which you have familiarity, your weapon deals maximum damage.
