As long as you are in physical contact with another creature, you can spend a full round action to transfer any number of your own hit points to that creature. You must transfer at least 1 hit point when using this ability, and you cannot lower your current hit points below zero. For each point of essence invested in this ability, increase the amount of healing your target receives by 5 hit points. You gain 1 point of essence.
