## Epic Toughness (Epic)
You are nearly impossible to kill.
**Benefit:** You gain 5 hit points per character level or hit die. Additionally, if you are at positive hit points and are brought to -20 or fewer hit points by an attack, you are instead reduced to -19 hit points and automatically stabilize.
**Alternate Rulings:** This feat grants the following benefits using alternate death and dying rules:
- Using the "death saves" mechanic, any successful stabilization check renders you stable.
