## Chord of Distraction (Bardic Music) *You can channel the power of your Bardic performance to make a sudden sound or gesture that momentarily distracts an opponent.* **Prerequisite:** Bardic performance, Perform 5 ranks **Benefit:** As an immediate action, you can expend three rounds of your Bardic performance to distract an opponent who can hear you. To use this ability, make a Perform check. The DC is 10 + your target's base attack bonus + 1 for every 5 feet of distance between you and the target. If your target has ranks in Sense Motive, the DC is 10 + target's Sense Motive bonus + 1 for every 5 feet of distance between you and the target. If you succeed, that opponent is rendered flat-footed against the next attack of an ally of your choice. If the attack is not made immediately, the effect is wasted.
