Brik’arsaz The Storm Tyrant, Master of Skies Brik’arsaz (pronounced BRICK-ar-saz) is the cunning and ruthless Blue Dragon of the Council of Seven. History When Yuar'ev Q'nz began enlisting other dragons in his council, Brik’arsaz reached out to the gold dragon to offer his support for the endeavor. Yuar'ev Q'nz was suspicous of the offer, and was inclined to refuse, but Brik’arsaz pointed out that if the metallic dragons went about the process of creating as society of worshippers on their own, it was only a matter of time before the chromatic dragons set about the task of tearing such a society down. Rak'ar'nazak alone was enough to threaten to lay waste to entire civilizations. An originized conflict among the dragons would likely result in countless dragon deaths, and certainly would crush any civilization caught in its wake. Yuar'ev Q'nz saw the truth in this, and agreed to include Brik’arsaz in her grand endeavor. She knew that the Master of the Skies was not trustworthy, and she recuited the remaining council with the aim of preventing him from being able to wrest control of the council from her possession. While the idea of usurping the council was never far from his mind, the Storm Tyrant was willing to bide his time on that front. He would instead concentrate on turning Dragonborne society to a force that would conquer and hold dominion over the other humanoid races emmerging on Temnia. The Cerullean Crusade Brik’arsaz enjoys a fair amount of veneration among the dragonborn. Those who see the dragonborn as a chosen people brought low by circumstance see the teachings of Brik’arsaz as a means of the dragonborn becoming their own salvation. While one might pray for Rak'ar'nazak to smite their enemies, Brik’arsaz offers the strength to bring the fight to those who would make themselves enemies of the dragonborn people.
