## Physical Description
Osteri are about as tall as humans, but they are much more solidly built. They average 6 feet tall and 210 pounds. They look much like humans, save for the array of bone-like plate and spikes that stick out of their skin.

### Standard Racial Traits
- **Ability Score Racial Traits:** Osteri are extraordinarily strong and sharp, but their bone growths limit their agility. They gain +2 Strength, +2 Intelligence, –2 Dexterity.
- **Size:** Osteri are Medium creatures and thus receive no bonuses or penalties due to their size.
- **Type:** Osteri are humanoids with the osteri subtype.
- **Base Speed:** Osteri base land speed is 30 feet.
- **Languages:** Osteri begin play speaking Common and ?. Osteri with high Intelligence scores can learn any languages they want (except Druidic and other secret languages). See the Linguistics skill page for more information about these languages.
#### Defense Racial Traits
- **Natural Armor:** Osteri gain a +1 natural armor bonus to their Armor Class.

- **Soul Strike (Su) (1 RP):** If a Osteri has at least one point of essence invested in their arm chakra, their gore attack can overcome any one form of alignment-based damage reduction. A Osteri can only use this ability to emulate alignments that match their own.
