# Huldra
The Huldra are small fey folk who live in the Frostgate region of Skaan. They are descended from the people taken from the Wyldwood and pressed into bondage by the Kynar.
## Physical Description
Huldra are small and slight. They range in height from 2 to 3 feet tall and typically weight 25 to 45 pounds. They have spindly arms and narrow, dexterous, fingers. They have large, tapered ears. Their faces feature small chins and noses, but large eyes and mouths. Their eyebrows grow several inches long and stand out like whiskers. Huldra skin is typically a pale shade of blueish-gray, and their fine, straight hair has a vibrant blue that fades to white as they age.

# Racial Traits (13 RP)
### Standard Racial Traits
- **Ability Score Racial Traits:** –2 Strength, +2 Constitution, +2 Wisdom. An Huldra’s small size is more than compensated for by his vigor and faith in his convictions.
- **Size:** Huldra are Small creatures and gain a +1 size bonus to their AC, a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, a –1 penalty to their CMB and CMD, and a +4 size bonus on Stealth checks.
- **Type:** Huldra are fey with the cold subtype.
- **Base Speed:** Huldra base land speed is 20 feet.
- **Languages:** Huldra begin play speaking Common and ?. Huldra with high Intelligence scores can learn any languages they want (except Druidic and other secret languages). See the Linguistics skill page for more information about these languages.
#### Defense Racial Traits
- **Cold Resistance (1 RP):** Huldra have cold resistance 5.
#### Feat and Skill Racial Traits
- **Nature Scholar (3 RP):** Knowledge (nature) skill is always a class skill for Huldras, and they gain a +2 racial bonus on all Knowledge (nature) checks.
#### Magical Racial Traits
- **Huldra Magic (3 RP):** Huldra can cast _ray of frost_, _speak with animals_ and _touch of fatigue_ each once per day, using their total character level as caster level.
#### Offense Racial Traits
- **Frosty Touch (2 RP):** Huldra bodies are supernaturally cold, and their attacks can sap the heat from whatever they strike. Huldra deal 1 point of cold damage with its melee attacks.
#### Senses Racial Traits
- **Darkvision:** Huldra can see in the dark up to 120 feet.
- **Low-Light Vision:** Huldra can see twice as far as a race with normal vision in conditions of dim light.
#### weakness racial traits
- **Cold Iron Anathema (–1 RP):** Huldra have a difficult time wielding weapons made of cold iron. They take a –2 penalty on any attack roll made with a cold iron weapon, even one made only partially out of cold iron, such as a cold iron spear or a bow firing cold iron arrows.<br>
